Datatech SmartSoft Introduces Electronic PAFs For More Efficient Move Update Processing
Datatech SmartSoft, one of the leading providers of address hygiene and mailing software, today announced the release of a new electronic PAF registration process within their address verification and correction software AccuMail frameworks.
AccuMail frameworks uses NCOALink data to update addresses of people or businesses that have changed address in the prior 18 months.
NCOALink Service Providers are required by the USPS® to acquire completed PAF documents annually from every list owner or third-party (broker, list manager etc.) that process mailing lists through the service.
The new ePAF registration process lets customers manage their Move Update accounts in real-time through the AccuMail frameworks software interface as opposed to manually completing and submitting paperwork and waiting for it to be reviewed and approved.
