This update has the new rates that go into effect May 12, 2008. Please do not install unless you plan on submitting your mailing to the Post Office after May 12, 2008.
Directions:
Click on the link to the left and choose to save the file to your computer. Once downloaded, unzip the files into a temporary directory, then run the 'Update_20080506_ARC.exe' file located in that folder and follow the direction on screen. |
